- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to write a review of my own after reading the last review. My heart deeply goes out to her as it sounds like she had a very bad experience that deeply affected her. It feels horrible when you do not feel "heard" and validated. Medicine has come a very long way and much more is known about fibromyalgia than when Dr. Hiles was practicing in Roanoke, Va. I wish she had the experience I had with Dr. Hiles as he was also my physician. He was so amazing with me that I also I brought all my family members to him. I was a critical care nurse at a level one trauma center and Dr. Hiles competently took care of all aspects of the most acutely ill patients, something it usually took many specialists to do.
